However, if you just need nutrition, 30 minutes will suffice. At the same time, the amount of product applied should vary according to the type of hair. Apply the size of a hazelnut if you have thin, short or mid-length hair. Apply the size of two to three hazelnuts if you have thick, very dry or long hair.
