This creamy pencil feels smooth on the skin and was ophthalmologist tested therefore it is suitable for those with sensitive eyes. Furthermore, this eye pencil is long-wearing, water-resistant, and will not smudge throughout the day. This liner allows for both thin and thicker lines. For thin lines, gently sharpen the pencil to a fine point and then make small, light strokes along the lash line. Otherwise, use a less sharpened tip for a more dramatic and bolder look. Additionally, you can smudge the lines after application with your fingertips for a softer finish.
