• Kojic acid is present in different types of fungi. It is also a by-product of fermented soy sauce and rice wine and aids in the brown spot reduction by blocking tyrosine from forming, which then prevents melanin production. Thus, a lightening effect on the skin is visible with its consistent application;
• Licorice root, grape, and mulberry are plants with powerful antioxidant properties. With a cleansed and dry skin, apply an adequate amount of Mario Badescu Whitening Mask for covering the whole face. Avoid the periocular area. Let the product sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry. Not recommended for use on acne-prone or acne-erupted skin.
