Next, the mixture undergoes a slow cooling phase with continuous mixing. This gradual cooling process helps eliminate residual alkalis that could cause irritation. Finally, the formula is stored in steel containers, where, after three to four days, the shaving soap reaches the right structure and stability, ensuring a smooth application and optimal performance during shaving.
So, when lathered with a shaving brush and massaged onto the skin, the soap produces a creamy and compact foam that softens beard hair and helps maintain soft skin. It enhances the razor’s glide, minimizing friction during the shaving process.
