This cream developer helps to ensure even color results from roots to ends. Moreover, its formula is completely stabilized and buffered. The creamy formulation will also improve the mixture and application procedures, making the overall process easier and faster. Additionally, this developer offers controlled lighting, granting a gentle coloring process. Lastly, the 10 volume oxidant can lighten the hair up to 1 level, depending on hair texture and history.

Mix L'Oréal Professionnel Inoa ODS Oxydant Riche 10 vol. 1L with the L'Oréal Professionnel Inoa Permanent hair dye that best suits the needs of the client. Use a 1:1 ratio.
