Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion is a light, delicate cleanser that suits even the most sensitive skin types. Dermatologically tested and fragrance-free, this cleansing lotion is ideal for sensitive skin, since it provides an incredibly gentle, yet thorough cleansing action. The all-natural formula features sweet almond and plum kernel oils, both of which are similar to the skin's own natural oils. Because of this similarity, they help the skin maintain its vital lipids, making this product especially suitable for dry skin. Nourished and restored, the skin is perfectly balanced and comfortable, with none of the pulling and tightening sensations that so often accompany a thorough cleansing.

Main Ingredients

Sweet almond oil is a fine, light oil which is ideal for the care of sensitive skin. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, this emollient oil is also rich in antioxidants, such as vitamins B and E. In order to use this nurturing ingredient in its formulas, Weleda works with the Manan cooperative in the Valencia region of Spain, where almonds are sustainably grown;
Plum kernel oil improves the skin's barrier function. Just like sweet almond oil, it is highly compatible with the skin, lending it a soft and silky finish.

How to use

In the morning and evening, apply Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion to the face, neck and decolletage using a cotton pad. Swipe gently across the face, then remove gently with a damp cotton pad. If you prefer to wash off your cleansing product, you may also rinse with lukewarm water. If you'd like to remove eye make-up, you can use Weleda Almond Soothing Facial Oil for that purpose.
