Apply a small portion of ISDIN Bexident Anticavity Toothpaste on the toothbrush. Then, brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes, preferably after each meal, and before going to bed. Rinse with water. Children of six years and younger: use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing.
