Apply A-Derma Epitheliale A.H. Duo Massage Gel-Oil to the affected area. Massage in circular motions to transform the gel into an oil. Continue massaging for several minutes, until absorbed. For better results, massage the skin using a palpate-and-roll method. First, create a fold in the skin between the thumb, index and middle finger. Then, roll the fold between your fingers all along the affected area.
