Apply Mario Badescu Witch Hazel & Rosewater Toner twice daily onto a freshly cleansed and towel-dry face. Firstly, soak a cotton pad with the product and sweep around the whole area, avoiding the delicate skin around the eyes. Alternatively, pat the product on the face directly with the palms of clean hands or decant it into a spray bottle to lightly mist it, and then proceed with a suitable skincare routine. In addition, store the bottle in the fridge to boost its cooling and decongesting effect on the skin. Avoid the application on the eye area. If the product accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse them well with water.
