Obagi CLENZIderm M.D. Pore Therapy Acne Treatment 118ml is an exfoliating solution formulated for acne-prone skin. This clarifying toner contains 2% salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxy acid that penetrates into the pores to remove built-up dead skin cells and excess sebum, helping to prevent breakouts and promote a smoother skin texture. In other words, the oil-soluble nature of salicylic acid makes it particularly effective in reducing blackheads, whiteheads, and clogged pores. So, this product works to refine the appearance of enlarged pores, smooth rough skin, and support a clearer complexion over time. All in all, this toner helps to prevent and reduce breakouts, unclog pores, and refine the skin’s texture.

Main Ingredients

2% Salicylic Acid, also called a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA), is an oil-soluble acid. Due to this, it removes dead skin cells not only on the surface of the skin but also inside the pores. So, this makes it effective in refining the skin texture and reducing blackheads and whiteheads. It also soothes inflamed skin.

How to use

Before using Obagi CLENZIderm M.D. Pore Therapy Acne Treatment 118ml, shake the bottle. Then, after cleansing, place a cotton pad over the pump and pump 2 to 3 times to saturate it. Gently swipe it over the entire affected area. Finally, allow the product to dry completely and do not rinse off.

This product may cause some transient stinging or tingling at the onset. Because this product may be drying, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by your doctor. In case of excessive dryness or peeling, reduce the application frequency to once a day or every other day. Keep out of direct sunlight and store at controlled room temperature, 15°−25°C (59°−77°F).
