Shake ISDIN FotoUltra Solar Allergy Fusion Fluid SPF100+ before use. Apply evenly and in generous doses in the morning or 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently in order to maintain high levels of protection. Avoid sun exposure at noon or for many hours. Start using this sunscreen 15 to 30 days before any intense solar exposure.
