Before using the Chicco Manual Breast Pump, wash your hands and cleanse the breast skin. While sitting in a comfortable position, fit the cup over your breast, ensuring that the nipple is centered properly. To extract the milk, gently hold the handle down until you feel the suction on your breast, then release it. Start with quick movements of holding down and releasing the handle to stimulate milk expression. Once the milk starts flowing, slow down the movements by holding down the handle for 1 or 2 seconds before releasing it.
