Shake ISDIN Eryfotona AK-NMSC Cream SPF100+ before use. Apply twice a day, in the morning and at midday with a gentle massage. In case of direct sun exposure reapply frequently, in order to maintain high levels of protection. Avoid sun exposure at noon or for many hours.
