After first washing the hands under running water, apply one to two pumps of Castelbel Sardine Liquid Hand Soap 300ml onto them. Then, gently rub the hands together to work up a lather. Massage in between your fingers, backs, and palms for, at least, 20 seconds. Finally, rinse the soft foam thoroughly.
