Remove the cap from Elgydium Clinic Mono Compact Interdental Brushes ISO 1 x4 and place it in the back, making the brush easier to hold. Bend the brush head, if necessary, and wet it. Then, holding the handle slightly tilted forward, insert the brush gently between the teeth, using a slight circular motion. Make a back-and-forth motion in the interdental spaces to clean them. Finally, rinse thoroughly after use and reinsert the cap. Do not exert force when inserting - choose a brush that fits into the interdental space. Replace the interdental brushes after around one week of use (depending on wear).
