The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup Twin Pack Large with Sterilizer contains two menstrual cups in a size L (Large), along with a practical sterilizer box.

Product Description

The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup Twin Pack Large With Sterilizer is a practical kit that contains not one, but two menstrual cups. This way, you can switch between them with ease. A menstrual cup is a soft, malleable container that is inserted into the vagina during menstruation to collect the menstrual flow. Unlike tampons, a menstrual cup does not absorb blood; instead, the blood remains inside the cup until the cup can be removed. Because it can be sterilized and reused, a menstrual cup is a safe and eco-friendly alternative to disposable menstrual products, such as tampons and pads.

The Enna Cycle menstrual cup is a soft and malleable menstrual cup made from medical-grade silicone. It has been developed according to the advice of world-renowned gynecologists; therefore, it is a safe, reliable option for those looking for a reusable menstrual product. If cared for properly, it can last up to 10 years! Comfortable and practical, the Enna Cycle cup meets all quality and health standards, and it can stay in place for up to 12 hours. Unlike other cups on the market, it has a practical sterilizer box, to ensure your cup is always clean and ready to use.

This Enna Cycle kit contains the following products:

  • 2x Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup Size L (cup is 46mm wide and 56mm long, thread is 70mm long)
  • Sterilizer box

How to insert the menstrual cup

Fold your menstrual cup in order to make it as small as possible. Then, slide the folded cup into the vagina towards your tailbone. Once you've inserted the cup, adjust it in order to get it to open and form a suction-like seal around the walls of the vagina.

How to remove the menstrual cup

Use the "string" or thread as a guide to reach the bottom of the menstrual cup. Then, nudge or pinch the base of the cup in order to break the suction-like seal. As more air enters the vagina, you will be able to remove the cup with ease. Try not to pull on the thread of the menstrual cup, as it may break.

How to sterilize the menstrual cup

Sterilize your menstrual cup once a month, before the beginning of your menstrual period. In order to do this, fill the sterilizer box with water, then place the menstrual cup inside the sterilizer box. Keep the lid of the box open. Then, place the sterilizer box in the microwave and heat it for around 3 minutes, or until the water boils. Once the water has boiled, remove the sterilizer box from the microwave, pour the water out, and let the menstrual cup dry upside down inside the box.

If you don't want to use the microwave, you can also pour boiling water over the menstrual cup inside the sterilizer box. Let it sit for 3 minutes, then leave it to dry.
