Product Description

Garnier Olia Permanent Bleaching D+++ is also known as B+++ (depending on the countries) and is a hair bleaching system without ammonia. Achieve a perfect blond that is both long-lasting and luminous, even if you have very dark hair. The ammonia-free formula ensures a perfect and sumptuous experience, due to the floral fragrance.

The box contains:

  • 1 instructions leaflet;
  • 1 pair of gloves;
  • 1 mixing bottle with applicator lid;
  • 1 bleaching powder sachet;
  • 1 bottle of bleaching cream;
  • 1 mini conditioner.

Characteristics

  • Ammonia-free in order to ensure a pleasant scent;
  • Floral-fragranced;
  • It allows you to go up several shades (in some cases, two applications will be required).

Precautions

  • Do an allergy patch-test 48h prior to the application of the product. To this end, use a cotton swab to apply a small amount of the cream on the skin behind your ear. If you develop any rash, do not use the product any further.
  • Don't wash your hair prior to bleaching. In fact, the ideal situation is to keep it unwashed for at least 24h prior to coloring to ensure your natural sebum protects the scalp.
  • If any product gets in your skin, wipe it away immediately using a damp towel.
  • While you're handling the bleaching mix, never take your gloves off.
  • Do not use any remainings of the bleaching mix, after you've used it, throw any leftover product onto the bin trash (except for the mask, which you can use afterward);
  • If you have extremely dark hair, you will need to do the bleaching process twice, three weeks apart from each other;
  • If you're bleaching your hair for the first time, it's possible that you will need two kits, depending on the amount of hair you have;
  • In the case you are going up several shades, an orange color is normal for the first time bleaching, as it will fade away on the second one.

How to use

In order to properly bleach your hair gather the following items:

  • 1 hair brush;
  • 1 hair comb;
  • 1 hair clip that can hold all your hair;
  • 1 old towel and something to clip it on the front;
  • 1 applicator brush.

Then, follow the steps carefully to ensure maximum security and results:

  • Firstly, brush your dry hair to detangle any knots.
  • Secondly, separate your hair into sections, leaving the hair in the down back of the head loose.
  • Then, cover your shoulders with an old towel and secure it tightly and put your gloves on. Empty both the bleaching powder and the bleaching cream inside the mixing bottle. Make sure you shake it well for 30 seconds to mix both formulas and immediately break the tip of the applicator in order to avoid bottle bursting.
  • Apply the product to the first loose hair section to the lengths and ends first, working through the entire section while avoiding the roots. Then, use the bottle nozzle to draw vertical lines of the bleaching system on your roots and press it down, thus making sure all the hair has been covered in the product.
  • Then, part your upper hair in the middle and apply it along the parting, avoiding the scalp - if needed, use the brush for a more effective application. Then apply it to the roots using vertical lines and ensure you take your time on the hairline on the temples. Ideally, this is done with the applicator brush. Apply the rest of the product to the hair lengths and ends. Use a comb to make sure the product is evenly spread. Let is develop for 30 minutes.
  • Now, it's time to rinse the hair. Similarly, you should keep your gloves on, as you're still dealing with the bleaching product. Massage the product and emulsify it with a bit of water, and then proceed to rinse. Apply a hazelnut amount of the included conditioner to your hair, leave it on for two minutes and finally rinse it thoroughly.
  • If you need to repeat the process because you want to go up several shades, let 3 weeks pass between applications.
