To refill: insert the Elgydium Clinic Interdental Brushes Refill ISO 4 x3 in the appropriate part of the handle. Replace the interdental brushes after around one week of use (depending on wear).

To use: First, select a brush. Then, reinsert it in the upper part of the handle, with the bristles facing outwards, and wet the brush. Holding the handle slightly tilted forward, insert the brush gently between the teeth, using a slight circular motion. Next, make a back-and-forth motion in the interdental space to clean it. Rinse thoroughly after use and reinsert it in the handle. Do not exert force when inserting - choose a brush that fits into the interdental space.
