This product uses the brand's patented Multi-Lamellar Emulsion technology, or MLE. With this technology, the formula's ingredients are organized in such a way that they mimic the structure of the skin. Due to this, the hydrating ingredients easily absorb and incorporate into the skin barrier. Consequently, this cream moisturizes and repairs the skin barrier, locking in all the hydration. The formula also contains ceramides, panthenol, and other emollient ingredients, to further hydrate, restore and soothe the skin.
